Most of the cold coffees on the market are made from coffee extract, which have a higher caffeine content, and are then diluted with water - but our Cold Brew Coffee making process is different!!
After a specific kind of grinding we brew the BeezZ Organic Honey Cold Brew Coffee in large tanks with special filters and clean, purified water for many hours. After dual filtration of the Cold Brew Coffee we add our special mix of three organic honeys and natural flavouring.
We constantly check the quality, taste and texture until the Organic Honey Cold Brew Coffee is perfect and ready. The BeezZ Organic Honey Latte Lactose Free version is made using a specific mix of water and organic semi-skimmed lactose free milk, then finally adding our special organic honey Mix.
Now our Organic Honey freshly Cold Brewed Coffee is ready to be sealed in special, innovative, patented, beautifully designed BeezZ cans.
Hot Coffee versus Cold Brew Coffee
When coffee become something more
A regular cup of coffee starts with hot water (between 195°-205°F/between 90°-96°C) and coffee grounds. The water dissolves oils, acids, and other compounds out of the grounds, giving coffee its familiar acidity and eye-opening aroma. Hot water also degrades acids, creating coffee’s bitter notes.
But this is not a regular cup of coffee!
Due to the absence of hot water in the BeezZ Cold Brew Coffee process the oils, acids, and other compounds dissolve much more slowly. Also the acids are not degraded, making for a much smoother beverage, with less bitterness.
